The Nordic Africa Days, 2018

    Claret was among the panellist at the Nordic Africa Days which will take place in Uppsala, Sweden on 19 – 21 September. The Nordic Africa Days 2018 welcomed 260 scholars from more than 40 countries to Uppsala. In the 33 panels, participants discussed perspectives on this year’s theme, African Mobilities – reshaping narratives and practices of circulation and exchange. Read More

    The overall theme of the Conference is “Diaspora Economic Think Home Initiative”. The conference offered a  platform for ASA-Europe and other participants to discuss the Anambra State Business and Investment opportunities.  The objective of the session is to re-invigorate the economy of South Eastern Nigeria to create business awareness and opportunities in the areas of Developing Health Care systems, Energy Management, Information Technology, Cottage Industries, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Power, Oil & Gas, Transport, fashion, Music and Film Industry and encourage foreign investors to take advantage of diverse investment opportunities in Igbo land to create job opportunities and wealth for Ndigbo.

    The mission of ASA Europe conference is to create an empowered Anambra Diaspora as change agents for the development of Anambra State in particular and Nigerian in general.
